Shipping

• We ship across Canada from Toronto.
• Free shipping on orders over $49 (after any discounts).
• On smaller orders, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout from your postal code and parcel size, using Canada Post and other carriers.
• Tea is not taxed in Canada; shipping is taxed on orders under $49.
• Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number.

Returns

• Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Because tea is a food product, opened items can’t be returned.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• To start a return, email enjoytea@teapilgrim.ca with your order number and we’ll send you the return address.
• Once we receive the item, we refund it to your original payment method.
